Effective Coaching

Effective Coaching sets off with the goal of amplifying the development of an upcoming real estate leader. There is 4 modules in this course, 2 addressing the strength and weaknesses of the participants leadership (Internal) and the other 2 attempts to analyse opportunities and threats in real estate (external). Last but not least, we end the session by imparting relevant risk-taking knowledge as well as examining the concept of cost-reward.
