Today, Eddie is attached to talented team around him, behaving like a tight-knit family. They work exceptionally well, strive for value-added, socialise together and always talking about how they can improve service for their clients.

- You don't have to be good at "Sales". 

Think like a consultant and stay out of sales mode. 

- Don't assume 

Do not assume, for example, that your family and friends are difficult businesses.  Start telling them about your new career and how excited you are. Ask for their referring business.
