Make a Difference !

Congratulations to Leroy Yew of his 3rd successful closings, but all these weren't as easy as ABC. 

He was a practising agent in 2013. For more than a year, there was no guidance and coaching. He did not make it and let his CEA license lapsed. He joined private sector doing engineering job from 2014 to 2018. He never really enjoyed the job. On surface,  like many graduates from University, he was earning a decent average income. He felt empty and hollow. 

"I started to question what I was doing. All I'd done for long was work and work. My personal life was empty. I wanted to make a difference ! But all I was doing was supporting my boss to be successful." 

Eventually, he sat for RES examination again in 2018 and passed in one sitting. In Aug 2019, he joined #PNG Propnex. 

"Having my previous bad experience, I become more careful and I compare and research online to see which agency, which team and which leader is sincere to mentor me. I love Powerful Negotiators Group's sharing culture and selfless mentorship. So I decided to give a try." 

Leroy first big break came when assisted his clients to invest in a new development with huge potential upside. His client was so impressed by his asset progression planning because it was a very structured way for his family to build wealth. 

Lesson could we take from Leroy's story - 

Allow yourself to have 2nd chance. Don't allow your past affect your NEW decision. Ask for help. I wouldn't be where I am today without the people I sought to help and guide me.
