Raymond's Story , may be your story

Attended the Powerful Negotiators LABC and have Raymond as the keynote speaker about his transformation.

He joined PNG in 2015, and he rejected PropNex & PNG culture, now he embraces it .. its not the PNG reject him , it is he himself who rejects the culture and cannot grow. He lost track & lost focus of his sales career. In 2017, he was trying to focus on new launches and he slowed down his resale Market, which was the bread & butter of his sales. His annual sales dropped below $100K. 

In 2018, one of the project leader called him and asked to be a tagger for new project Affinity so that he could brush up his presentation skills and also soft skills.

Another buddy, Top achiever gave advice to Raymond Tian. “Do you know why you always quarrel with your loved ones ? Cuz behind the quarrels there is a underlying reason.. do you understand your loved ones ?” Raymond did his self reflection re this to both his family and his work. This really made him think what is the underlying reason he couldn't do well. "It  is because he cannot understand his clients."  

Today, he shared about his own life (last sandwich generation) to show the importance of upgrading to get his clients to feel and relate.  Closing is helping, shift mindset to help ( cuz closing is desperation as a salesman ) , and trust with client is created. 

What caused him to do well in 2019 ( > S$700K ) is his MINDSET.
