Here is the little story about our 3 Award recipients, who have done extremely well in August and Sept 2019
Daniel Gay, Pinnacle Performer. Joined PNG in 2016, Team manager of 8 associates.
"Realise the real Estate environment has changed, I decided to get myself out of my comfort zone and join the forward- looking team, #Propnex #PNG in 2016. Since then, I have not look back and I am so glad that I decided to embarked on this challenge. Thanks to this family's support and sharing culture, keep me focused in this changing times so that I can keep improving myself. Competition here is very fierce, very wavy. However, it inspires me to perform beyond my limit. Seriously speaking, I never dream of achieving sales commission of more than $250,000 in a singular month ! "

A Mandarin-speaking lady, Li Jinmei is never a stranger to LABC. This is her Eighth Honors Award !
5 years ago, she was a sole-proprietor of a small company, helping China students by arranging their schools and accommodation in Singapore.
Humbly, she shares about her personal journey in real estate.
Me : What are the greatest obstacles you've overcome in your career ?
May : I was brought up in China and I have difficulty in communicating in English to my clients. Secondly, FEAR . I do not have any blueprint about real estate, can I make it ? What if I fail ? What will happen to my 3 children ? My biggest support is my mentor Gina Foo. I am grateful and thankful for her guidance, inspiration and encouragement.
Me : What advise would you give to young people, pursing their dream in Real Estate ?
May : Become an expert in an area that you love and happy about. I am passionate about Property Investment. I love to share and help my client to build their wealth through asset planning. My job doesn't feel like a job, you know - I can't explain about it.
